Cybersecurity Manager for Industrial Projects

At Alstom, we're committed to creating a greener and smarter mobility future. As an OT / ICS Project Cybersecurity Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute security activities within the development life cycle, estimating costs and duration, and identifying training needs.
- Conduct Cybersecurity Risk Analysis and define security objectives.
- Develop and implement Cybersecurity Architecture and requirements allocation.
- Manage Third-Party Risks and apply Cybersecurity Assurance Levels.
- Define Cybersecurity Operating Procedures and evaluate project achieved Cybersecurity levels.
- Manage project budgets and interfaces with subcontractors.
- Provide support during technical design meetings and report on project Cybersecurity status.
- Manage relationships with auditors and establish lessons learned during external Cybersecurity audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with deployment experience of security technologies.
- Experience working with industrial companies (OT, Industrial Control Cybersecurity).
- Experience with Project Management and working with engineering teams.
- Experience reporting and communicating critical information to stakeholders.
Competencies & Skills:
- Engineering Background.
- Good understanding of industrial cybersecurity architecture and principles.
- Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS, and IEC 62443.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions and areas.
- Knowledge of conducting Risk analysis on industrial electronics or embedded systems.
- Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks, operating systems, and associated programming languages.
- Knowledge of the main techniques for evaluating systems security.
