Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized self-service area, ensuring a safe and efficient shopping environment for customers.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on the use of self-service options, promoting a seamless shopping experience.
  • Upsell and promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services and product protection initiatives, to customers.
  • Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to EAS alarms and complete the necessary documentation, demonstrating a strong understanding of store policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Manager to resolve technical issues and ensure a smooth operation of the self-service area.
  • Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated home after use, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • A strong understanding of store policies and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
