Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Ele-Mech Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the region, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure strong partnerships and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
