Regional Sales Manager

Wainbee Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet customer needs.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize sales performance.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales strategies are implemented.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments to ensure sales targets are met.
- Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 5 years or more of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
