About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high-rise construction management to take on a leadership role and contribute to shaping the skyline of Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage site staff, trades, and contractors to ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that quality control and quality assurance standards are met, and that all work meets the required specifications.
- Organize and coordinate site logistics, including equipment and material management.
- Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in high-rise construction management, preferably in a senior supervisory role.
- A post-secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent (MBA and M.Eng. preferred).
- All necessary certifications, such as Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid, and Basics of Supervision.
- Proven knowledge of designing and building large-scale multi-family construction projects.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings.
In exchange for your expertise and experience, we offer:
- A competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000+ per year, plus bonus.
