Our Ideal Candidate

We seek an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our project management team. As a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring cost reports to ensure projects stay within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Create and monitor cost reports to ensure projects stay within budget
  • Manage pricing changes in the scope of work and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Manage progress billings, supplier and sub-trade payables
  • Coordinate the purchasing of major items for projects

Leadership and Communication:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery
  • Attend start-up, download, site, and owner meetings
  • Maintain open communication with consultants, owners, subtrades, suppliers, governing authorities, and various company departments
