Acera Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities;
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you have the knowledge and expertise to provide the best possible solutions to clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients;
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Acera Insurance's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments;
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively;
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing;
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and data protection.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Insurance License;
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the insurance industry;
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the insurance industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
