Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you have the knowledge and expertise to provide the best possible solutions to clients;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients;
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Acera Insurance's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments;
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively;
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing;
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and data protection.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Insurance License;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the insurance industry;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the insurance industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
