Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate and develop contracts/long-term agreements to secure the best possible terms for our company.
- Source new suppliers and buyers to expand our network and improve our procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations to minimize risks and maintain a positive reputation.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to meet our business needs.
- Maintain and monitor records surrounding services and products to inform our procurement strategies.
- Develop strategies for cost reductions and improvements to enhance our bottom line.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing role, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with ERP systems and software.
- Self-motivated and independent worker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
