Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and Develop Contracts: Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain long-term agreements that meet our business needs.
  • Source New Suppliers: Identify and engage with new suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive supply chain.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all purchasing activities adhere to relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Order Tracking and Delivery: Monitor and manage orders to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services and products, including supplier information and contract details.
  • Cost Reduction Strategies: Develop and implement initiatives to reduce costs and improve procurement efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a purchasing role, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
  • ERP Experience: Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage procurement activities.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
