Job Title: Instructor Half Course OBHR 4P66

Brock University is seeking a qualified instructor to teach a half course in OBHR 4P66 Compensation Management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching quantitative research methods and experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach a half course in OBHR 4P66 Compensation Management
  • Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
Qualifications:
  • PhD in Business or related discipline
  • Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
  • Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources
  • Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
What We Offer:

Brock University offers a competitive compensation package, including a rate of $7 per half course and $14 per full course, effective September 1, 2024. Instructors who are employed in a 2-hour/week lecture, or the equivalent of a 2-hour/week lecture, are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.
