Brock University is seeking a qualified instructor to teach a half course in OBHR 4P66 for the Fall semester. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching quantitative research methods and experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources.
Responsibilities:- Teach a half course in OBHR 4P66 to undergraduate students
- Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Meet with students during office hours to discuss course material and provide support
- PhD in Business or related discipline
- Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources
- Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
Brock University offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $7, per half course, effective September 1. Instructors who are employed in a 2-hour/week lecture, or the equivalent of a 2-hour/week lecture, are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.
