Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment to remove debris and maintain a clean environment
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Perform safety and security checks, and report any issues or concerns to management
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Perform other routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repair
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The position requires the ability to work in all weather conditions and to lift heavy loads.
