Salary:
We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our Toronto office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality management plans, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.



  • Developing and implementing project safety programs and promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Leading the pursuit of new work by participating in estimates, working with trade contractors, and participating in proposals and presentations.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of quality management plans and quality cultures with stakeholder buy-in.
  • Understanding client drivers and offering value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefits.
  • Monitoring project performance status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule.
  • Identifying and managing risk and opportunities on construction projects.
  • Managing project team, client representative, consultant, and trade contractor relationships.
  • Monitoring progress of the design, including compliance issues, quality, general coordination, constructability, and timing of deliverables.
  • Assisting the project team lead obtain a comprehensive design-management and design-quality plan and conduct periodic quality audits to ensure compliance.
  • Keeping all parties informed of potential opportunities and challenges, and managing stakeholders' expectations through appropriate forms of communication.
