Cleaner Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Em-Em Cleaning Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of our staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

Our facilities are located in office buildings and commercial facilities. You will be required to work in a variety of environments, including fast-paced and physically demanding settings.
