Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of senior executives and staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, departments, and employees, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives to achieve business objectives, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements
