Job Title: Amusement Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Amusement Associate to join our team at Cineplex. As an Amusement Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, addressing and resolving guest concerns, and maintaining the presentation and working condition of the Games Room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General maintenance on all gaming equipment, including troubleshooting, cleaning, and preparation
  • Provide exceptional guest service and address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain the presentation and working condition of the Games Room, including cleanliness and organization
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies for all game locations and game areas
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures for health and safety
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and inspections as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of age
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure while complying with all relevant legislation
  • Some mechanical troubleshooting knowledge required
  • Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with monitoring and controlling inventory an asset
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems will be considered an asset
