Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amusement Associate to join our team. As an Amusement Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, addressing and resolving guest concerns, and maintaining the presentation and working condition of the Games Room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General maintenance on all gaming equipment, including replacing components, testing equipment, cleaning, and ensuring repairs are done in a cost-effective manner.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the presentation and working condition of the Games Room, including ensuring the facility consistently meets standards throughout daily operations.
  • Ensure that all stations are fully equipped at the beginning and end of shifts and maintain stock levels of supplies for all game locations and game areas.
  • Communicate effectively with Supervisors and P1AG staff via radio calls and adhere to all relevant Policies and Procedures for Health and Safety.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of age.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure while complying with all relevant legislation.
  • Some mechanical troubleshooting knowledge required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
