Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution

The Ideal Candidate

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience in development, design, and business administration.
    • Master's degree in business strategy or project management is an asset.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, including project management, business development, or business strategy.
    • Strong business relationships with professionals in the equipment finance industry in Canada.
    • Bilingual (English and French) spoken and written, to participate in meetings with Canadian leaders and clients.
    • Strong team player with high motivation, autonomy, and creativity.
