Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution

The Ideal Candidate
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience in development, design, and business administration.
- Master's degree in business strategy or project management is an asset.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, including project management, business development, or business strategy.
- Strong business relationships with professionals in the equipment finance industry in Canada.
- Bilingual (English and French) spoken and written, to participate in meetings with Canadian leaders and clients.
- Strong team player with high motivation, autonomy, and creativity.
