Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at Ticketgateway Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position with 37-40 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they align with company objectives.
  • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities related to establishment operations, including budgeting and inventory control.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration, preferably in a similar field.
  • Prior experience in budgeting, inventory control, and payroll administration is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, MS Excel, and MS Word is essential.
Benefits:
  • The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
