Job Title: Director of Design and Training

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Design and Training to lead our global projects and programs.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in program management, project delivery, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all global projects, managing large and complex programs, and providing operational insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including communications, navigation, and surveillance engineering
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff members
  • Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and are completed within baseline time scales and cost plans
  • Travel to client sites in developing and third-world countries
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in program management, project delivery, and team leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering complex multimillion-dollar programs in international environments
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, with Spanish and Arabic a plus
