About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Growth Specialist to spearhead our community growth and maintain an engaged community. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, cultivate meaningful relationships, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and execute a community-growth plan aligned with our objectives
  • Use data-driven insights to iterate on strategies, optimize processes, and continuously improve community growth and engagement efforts
  • Build out our community Resource Hub providing creators with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve their potential
  • Digital Marketing and Community Networking: deploy content and marketing via various digital channels to build relationships, get noticed, be relevant and compelling, and build interest in Creator
  • Represent our brand at events and trade shows when needed
  • Plan and lead online and offline events including webinars and tradeshows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • ~3+ years experience as a community manager or similar role
  • ~3+ years experience using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, and Twitch
  • Proven track record of growing an engaged community through multiple platforms
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and strategies
  • Performance-driven. Experience with social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is an asset
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong grasp of current digital marketing processes with a track record of successfully ideating, scoping, building, implementing and measuring strategies and campaigns
  • Strong systems thinker with a knack for digesting data, drawing meaningful insights and making strategic recommendations
