Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Max Fuel Distributors Ltd. as a Sales Floor Supervisor. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Hire and Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet the needs of our growing business.
  • Authorize Returns and Exchanges: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and making sales recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Manage Cash and Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
