Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Oversee the daily activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assign Duties and Tasks: Effectively allocate responsibilities to sales staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Authorize Returns and Exchanges: Make informed decisions regarding the return of merchandise, ensuring customer satisfaction and store policies are upheld.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making sales recommendations to customers.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of sales staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Cash and Financial Transactions: Handle cash and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
