We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Head Cashier to join our team at Aquamax Truck & Car Wash. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining accurate sales and inventory records.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff to ensure optimal customer service and sales performance.
- Authorize Payments by Cheque: Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, promoting and selling our products to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions, ensuring the effective management of inventory and personnel.
- Resolve Issues that May Arise: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may impact customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to sales floor staff to ensure they meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service.
- Work Term: Permanent: This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular 40-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English: Fluency in English is required for this role.
