Job Title: Senior HRBPJob Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with our People Team to maintain and enhance our unique culture, build a world-class human resources function, and support our continued global growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in performance management, coaching, career planning, and employee retention.
  • Be an advocate for the organization in business decisions impacting employees globally.
  • Partner with global HR teams to benchmark and continuously improve HR strategies, processes, programs, policies, and tools.
  • Align HR strategy with business priorities to drive results.
  • Work on critical projects impacting employee experience, engagement, and retention.
  • Understand the business and its needs to provide strategic guidance to the executive team and other leaders.
  • Improve manager capabilities through coaching and management development programs.
  • Use data to measure success, learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on HR or business.
  • ~ of HRBP or HR generalist experience.
  • Strong functional HR expertise in organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, coaching and development, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching business leaders and facilitating organizational change.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business practices and the link between HR strategy and business strategy.
  • Project management experience leading teams to address complex issues.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complex business discussions, ability to work within constraints and challenge the status quo.
  • Must be bilingual in both French and English.
