Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities, and staffing levels.
- Identify critical information, make independent judgments, and implement decisions in accordance with company philosophies and business practices.
- Provide exceptional guest service, setting the standard for all employees.
- Respond to customer complaints promptly, implementing service recovery and change when necessary to optimize consistent guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety, upholding a professional restaurant image.
- Motivate the team in a friendly, positive, and fun way.
Requirements
- 2 years of restaurant/hotel management experience.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in business/hospitality management/food and beverage management, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational management.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels.
- High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional guest service orientation and passion for food and beverage.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
