**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a talented developer with experience in designing and implementing Amazon Connect contact flows using Dynamo DB, Lex Bots, API Gateway. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, Java, and Lambda, as well as experience with AWS services like Contact Lens, Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, Athena, Quick Sight, Lambda, Elastic Search, Kibana, and Kinesis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows using Dynamo DB, Lex Bots, API Gateway.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-based contact center solutions using AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies to ensure our solutions are always innovative and effective.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in developing Amazon Connect contact flows using Dynamo DB, Lex Bots, API Gateway.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and Lambda.
  • Experience with AWS services like Contact Lens, Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, Athena, Quick Sight, Lambda, Elastic Search, Kibana, and Kinesis.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to coordinate development with onshore/offshore developers and Line of Business customers.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • AWS certification preferred.
  • Prior Contact Center Experience with Genesys development is highly desired.
