AWS Connect Developer Opportunity

Software International is seeking a skilled AWS Connect Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Amazon Connect contact flows using Dynamo DB, Lex, Bots, and API Gateway.
  • Design and implement call routing using routing profiles, queues, call backs, emergency messages, hours of operations, and holiday routing with dynamic messaging.
  • Develop strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java over AWS Lambda APIs.
  • Experience with AWS services like Contact Lens, Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, Athena, Quick Sight, Lambda, Elastic Search, Kibana, and Kinesis is preferred.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Go CD, Terraform, and Cloud Formation.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore developers, as well as Line of Business customers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • AWS certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Genesys development is highly desired.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing Amazon Connect contact flows.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java.
  • Experience with AWS services like Contact Lens, Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, Athena, Quick Sight, Lambda, Elastic Search, Kibana, and Kinesis.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Go CD, Terraform, and Cloud Formation.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
