We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Hospitality team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in redefining how the hospitality industry handles customer renewals and provides in-life support to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with clients, understand their needs, and support them through the renewal process. You will work closely with the sales operations team to ensure technical support is provided as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and renewal processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Complete renewals, including updates to relevant agreements, and ensure timely billing of clients, while supporting Accounts Receivable in reaching out to delinquent accounts.
- Understand clients' primary objectives for the product, providing feedback and materials necessary to help achieve those objectives.
- Consolidate client feedback, objectives, and other relevant information for use by colleagues in the Hospitality Account Management team and across the broader organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and facilitate client requests, driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any issues to maintain high levels of retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support the Hospitality Account Management team.
- Utilize relevant sales tools, including CRM, to ensure accurate data, pipelines, and renewal and financial information.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Solid organizational skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and creative mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Experience with CRM and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in an additional language, including German, Italian, Arabic, French, Dutch, or an Asian language.
- Strong interest in published media, hospitality, and the business of travel.
PressReader offers a hybrid work environment, balancing flexibility and collaboration. This position is based in our Richmond, BC office, with the opportunity to work remotely. We provide a competitive compensation package, including a 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision benefit plan, 15 paid vacation days, and more. The base salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, with a potential bonus tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
