Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches & Salads. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food meets the highest quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control: Supervise and coordinate the preparation of food, ensuring that it meets our quality standards and is presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Team Management: Train and supervise a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and performing at their best.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
