Job Title: Secretary-Clerk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary-Clerk to join our team at MARVEN MASSAGE CLINIC.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily operations of the clinic.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and staff.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to appropriate personnel.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Oversee payroll administration and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
Work Environment:
Our clinic is a health care institution that provides a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Security and Safety:
The successful candidate will require a criminal record check prior to commencement of employment.
Transportation:
Public transportation is available for this position.
