Accounts Payable Administrator Position

This role is responsible for reviewing invoices against contracts, obtaining approvals, processing payments, and filing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience processing full-cycle AP, experience with vendor management, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
• Review invoices against contracts and supporting documents
• Process payments and file
• Update financial records and reconcile against supporting documents
• Build relationships and liaise with multiple vendors and suppliers
• Maintain historical records and analyze discrepancies
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly and ad hoc reports
• Ensure payments are made according to the terms
• Assist with daily operations, balance sheet integrity, and reconciliation
• Balance bank accounts and review transactions for exceptions
• Process journal entries and ensure accounts tie to source documents
• Investigate and resolve variances

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience processing full-cycle AP
• Experience with vendor management
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for confidential information
