About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Body Repair Specialist to join our team at MacKay's Auto & Custom Limited.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicle bodies, ensuring a high-quality finish and adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports.
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Plan and execute repair work, including metal cutting, welding, and painting.
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Repair or replace interior components, such as seats, carpets, and trim.
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in car body repair.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
