- Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, including review and delivery of client deliverables, and support for local office teams.
Requirements:
- Technical Accounting Skills: Possess strong technical accounting skills, including GAAP, control certification, securities and regulatory, assurance, and experience in and knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, U.GAAP, internal controls (CSOX/PCAOB), and risk.
- Transactions Experience: Working in a Transactions scenario, with expertise in M&A, divestitures, new financings, accounting, regulatory, and securities aspects.
- Financial Reporting Cycle: Expertise in financial reporting cycle elements, including financial process design, budgeting and planning, financial reporting, accounting close/consolidation, and business case development.
- Project Management: Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities, including project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, and team leadership.
