Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DIZON FOODS LTD.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and safe manner.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality performance.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Life insurance.
