Food Service Manager

At 2ND WIND BREWERY AND EATERY, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing customer demands.
