Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2ND WIND BREWERY AND EATERY. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and communicate effectively with the culinary team and management.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
