Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to support the user community, resolving system, process, and data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Technology leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to improve business processes.
  • Oversee all Salesforce administrative functions, including user account maintenance, workflows, reports and dashboards, scheduled jobs, and other routine tasks.
  • Direct the assessment, scope, and execution of new development projects within the planned project portfolio and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in an Information Technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience administering, developing, and providing direct end-user support in a Salesforce environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in administrative services and development projects.
