We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Groundskeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective grounds maintenance.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and landscaping.
  • Project Management: Plan and estimate labor and materials for construction projects, including decks, walls, and other landscape features.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment, including backhoes, chain saws, and tractors.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, with occasional work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
