Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills
- Negotiate with clients for the use of hotel facilities
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Organize and maintain inventory of hotel supplies
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional service to our guests.
