Job Title: Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of hotel facilities
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Organize and maintain inventory of hotel supplies
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
