Technical Project Lead - Web Implementation Specialist
OverviewRandstad Canada is seeking a Technical Project Lead to oversee the implementation of web projects for elite private members clubs worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding project coordinators and team leads to deliver high-quality websites that reflect the clients' culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the progress of high-priority website projects and ensure they stay on track.
- Mentor Team Leads and Project Coordinators to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Act as the main escalation point for client issues and troubleshooting.
- Manage the onboarding of new team members and guide their career development.
- Conduct regular process reviews and ensure teams adhere to quality standards.
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure cross-department collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of Implementation Coordinators or Project Managers.
- Customer service experience in the software industry, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
