Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Billy's Family Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods

Work Environment:
