Job Title: Sales and Marketing Consultant

High Grade IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and maintain sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Develop and deliver training and coaching to sales team members
  • Conduct sales and marketing analytics and reporting

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
