About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing strategies to meet client objectives. You will work closely with our directors, designers, writers, developers, and specialists to implement marketing plans and produce detailed reports, strategy reviews, and future recommendations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and success for our clients
  • Collaborate with our team to implement marketing plans and produce detailed reports and recommendations
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and gather insights that inform client strategies
  • Act as the primary strategic contact for key clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the VP Marketing, contributing to the division's success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of recent agency experience
  • 8+ years in marketing execution
  • Demonstrated success in various marketing domains, including digital, traditional media, and social platforms
  • Post-Secondary education in marketing, digital marketing, business, or communications
  • Deep experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, StackAdapt, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Exceptional skills in digital advertising planning and media buying
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office 365
