Assistant Store Manager

At Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Guest Services to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support the Store Manager in various tasks, including sales, profitability, staff development, expense control, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Prior retail and management experience required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
