At Vancouver Coastal Health, we're seeking a skilled Radiological Technologist 3 to join our team at Vancouver General Hospital. As a Medical Imaging Instructor, you will play a crucial role in training and developing the next generation of radiologic technologists.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, coordinating training activities and instructing students and staff in technical and diagnostic procedures. You will be responsible for implementing evaluation systems, acting as a liaison between academic institutions and departmental personnel, and maintaining training records and manuals.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
  • A minimum of five years' recent experience in a related clinical environment, including one year in a supervisory or teaching capacity

In addition, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of theory and practice for designated medical imaging modalities, including applicable procedures and processes. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and train staff and students effectively.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is CAD $38.07/Hr. - CAD $47.52/Hr., offering a competitive compensation package that includes comprehensive health benefits and municipal pension plan.
