Retail Store Manager

Woodstock Grocers is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train a team of sales staff, including apprentices and design team members.
- Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and provide excellent oral and written communication.
- Merchandising: Plan and develop exhibits and displays, and order merchandise.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and attention to detail.
