We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Global Data Governance team as a Data Governance Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our data governance and data quality framework, driving adoption across the enterprise, and ensuring the accuracy and trustworthiness of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to improve data quality and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our global data quality framework and drive adoption
  • Support data governance leaders in improving data literacy and familiarity with data governance practices
  • Engage with partners to identify critical data elements and set up metrics linking data quality to business value
  • Conduct hands-on data analysis to address high-priority data quality issues
  • Implement global data governance metrics and oversight mechanisms to ensure delivery of target outcomes
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance and data management in a large multinational organization
  • College/university degree in computer science, engineering, or another technology or quantitative field
  • Mastery of data governance concepts and technologies, with hands-on experience using leading data quality software and data visualization products
  • Familiarity with foundational data architecture concepts and Cloud technology is a plus
