Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

VTEACH LEARNING CENTRE CORP. is seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for supervising education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers, producing reports, following education policies and programs, and performing administrative tasks. The successful candidate will also provide on-going professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers, develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery, prepare research papers, educational texts, or articles, and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers.
  • Produce high-quality reports and documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with education policies and programs.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as budgeting and scheduling.
  • Provide professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers.
  • Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery.
  • Prepare research papers, educational texts, or articles.
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Working with children.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral communication.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Team player.
