Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting computer issues, and implementing solutions. They will also participate in the redesign of applications and software, supervise technical support workers, and provide customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving computer issues
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software
  • Supervise technical support workers
  • Provide customer service
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in information technology
  • Knowledge of ITIL, JavaOS, security software, project management software, website creation and management software, web service design, database software, and software development
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to travel occasionally.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week.
